Photographer's note: All photo shoots are "on-location", which means I meet you somewhere other than a studio.
A proof CD of 20-40 images will be provided to you one to two weeks following your session.
Prints can be ordered through an online, password protected gallery that will give you access to photos of any size, canvas prints, mugs, etc. at an additional price to your session. The gallery can also be shared with anyone you provide the URL and pasword to.

All images are "edited" or prepared and ready for you to print, or order. No "touch-ups" required on your part. This is custom photography and is considered complete and ready for you to enjoy. The password protected, online gallery is for ordering high quality prints from BayPhoto Labs. All images will be ready for printing and custom designed for you, after hours of preparation by your photographer. To ensure the best quality prints, that will last a lifetime, your choice should be to order through BayPhoto Labs, either through your convenient, online gallery or otherwise.
A $25 non-refundable down payment to hold your appointment is requested no later than 2 weeks prior to your session. For weddings, a $100 deposit is due at the time of finalizing booking and the contract, the remainder being paid up to two weeks prior to the wedding, to avoid anyone having to worry about it on the big day.
The remainder of your payment is required the day of the session.
Payments can be made by check, cash, money order, or Pay Pal at this time. Credit cards are currently not accepted, unless used through Pay Pal.
Your online gallery is password protected and will remain online for six months after the date it is uploaded, which allows you to order prints at your own pace
Prices are subject to change. However, any price agreed upon between the photographer and a client will be honored.
All prices are based on what it costs in time for the photographer to take the photos, edit them so they are not just "presentable" but "fantastic memories", and upload them to your CD or gallery.
A contract will be presented at each session outlining what the client and photographer should expect. At that time you will be asked to allow the photographer to use the resulting images to promote Gladwynn Photography, with the agreement that names will not be associated with photographs.
